Ixydhrien is at the border of many doors. Each door opens to a specific universe.

It is up to the player to decide which to go through, or the player may decide to create a new so that other people can join.

They are the entrance to new worlds.

Note that doors may refer to simple doors from a region to another which are spatially connected, or farther regions which may not have any connection.

Each world has its rules.

It starts with the form of the character which will change depending on the world, but hopefully, the rules are consistent from world to world so that going to a world and coming back won't destroy the base from the first world.

Each region has is own specific rules. Therefore, when someone wants to reach a specific spot, he has to take them into account and play with them.

The rules are applied over all the region they are attached to, but the region itself is somehow called “ix” because it changes with its owner.

There are different “ix”es such as geographical ones, social ones, sacred ones, personal ones (the region our ix governs), etc.

The main “ix”es are :

1. geographical : a land region (an entity itself) may have level rules such as a definite ground level at specific places, a specific medium (e.g. water only) or weather constraint (e.g. always snowing)
2. sacred : an area where only healing and resting actions can be done, they are often bound to save point areas
3. social : a region (e.g. a town) where specific behaviours cannot happen
4. personal : the governed region of a user, where he can freely go, whatever happens, and where he may set its own specific rules

Some may overlap or not.

For example, on a big slope with a planar area in its middle :

1. geographical ix : the base is at level 0, the top is a level 100
2. personal ix : the governed area of each user

If a user invoke a ground rise on the bottom part, it is refused because the bottom rule doesn't permit it.

If he uses a ground fall instead, then the part from himself to the middle area may go down unless there's any other user in this domain, i.e. he must govern the area from his place to the middle region.

The legendary world of Ixydhrien is where Xyndhra, Reas and many other lived.

The space isn't closed everywhere. Many regions can be extended by going just further.

And the farther you go, the more you can create. As soon as you enter a cell from a region you govern, you govern the new cell. And then you can set the rules of the region as long as it is over your control.
